How much does each sponsorship tier cost?
The four current one-time prices are Supporter at $49, Featured at $149, Founding Local at $299, and Founding Lifetime at $1,000.
What does each sponsorship tier actually include?
Supporter includes a verified directory listing with a Supporter badge, discount offer placement, and a social shoutout. Featured adds priority directory and offer visibility, homepage sponsor placement, and a monthly report. Founding Local adds top-of-directory placement, a permanent badge, a homepage hero spotlight with business photo and mission callout, monthly mission deployment updates, and a founder introduction. Founding Lifetime includes permanent Sponsor Wall placement, a lifetime listing and badge, an annual impact report, and a direct founder connection. Newsletter spots are not included in any of the four tier descriptions.
Is sponsorship one-time, and does any tier last for life?
Every option is a one-time payment. Founding Lifetime is specifically marked one-time and lifetime; Supporter, Featured, and Founding Local are marked one-time.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
The published tier and welcome copy does not define a cancellation or refund policy. For a question not covered here, contact the sponsorship team through the welcome page.
When does my sponsorship perk go live?
The welcome page describes the sequence: the VetPerks team emails onboarding details within 24 hours, you upload your logo and assets, and once your details are ready the team sends the payment link and publishes your sponsorship presence. The published copy does not promise a separate fixed go-live date.
Who handles my sponsorship inquiry and onboarding?
The published welcome information directs sponsors to the VetPerks team and sponsorship team for setup details, questions about tiers, assets, and timing, and onboarding support. It does not identify individual reviewers or publish separate application-review criteria.
What visibility and reporting are available?
The published benefits describe business visibility and reporting rather than a guaranteed return: Supporter has a verified directory listing and no recurring impact report; Featured has priority visibility and a monthly report with views, clicks, and mission data; Founding Local has prominent local visibility and monthly mission deployment updates; and Founding Lifetime has permanent visibility and an annual impact report.
