Printful is the print-on-demand fulfillment partner planned for this collection. Instead of keeping a warehouse full of finished apparel, an item is produced after an order is placed, then packed and shipped to the customer. The concept pages show the current production references; final listings will confirm the live product details.

The overshirt’s current sizing reference is a Printful all-over-print button shirt, so review the live product page when that concept becomes orderable.

Use the Size & Fit guide to compare the Printful garment measurements with a favorite piece you already own. The charts use garment measurements such as chest width and body length; supplier measurements can vary, so check the notes for each product. The cap is one size with an adjustable strap.

A fabric weight such as 6.5 oz/yd² describes the density of the fabric, not the finished package. It is different from shipping weight, which depends on the completed item, packaging, order contents, and carrier service.

Plan for a multi-business-day window that combines production time and carrier transit; made-to-order apparel is not same-day inventory. The exact estimate shown at checkout for your destination and selected shipping method takes precedence over any general planning window, and carrier delays or split shipments can affect delivery.

Because these items are made to order, a change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color generally does not create a standard return or exchange. That is why the size guide matters before ordering.

• Defect, damage, misprint, or wrong item: contact support promptly with the order number and clear photos so the issue can be reviewed for the appropriate replacement or refund remedy.
• Lost package: check the tracking first, then contact the carrier and support so the shipment can be investigated.
• Wrong size or color: these are normally customer-selection issues on made-to-order goods and are not guaranteed to qualify for a return.
• Incorrect address: contact support as soon as possible. Once an order enters production or ships, an address change may not be possible, and a reshipment may require a new shipping charge.

The live order confirmation and fulfillment policy will control for the specific item and order.

We collect your email through the existing VetPerks subscriber flow and use it for updates about this apparel collection. You’ll hear when the drop is ready and receive collection-only launch information. There is no fixed launch date yet.

VetPerks apparel is intended to be one operating revenue stream for Paths for Heroes LLC, the company behind VetPerks.app. Revenue from ordinary business activity helps the organization keep building and funding its veteran-focused operating mission, including work addressing veteran homelessness and food insecurity.
